Wave Splashback Commission

Wave Splackback Commission. It was great to work with Charlie to make her design a reality. Initially she sent me photos of her ideas and then we arranged a call. After talking to her I told her what was possible and created a sample mini splashback to finalize colours and any problems. I feel it is important to do this for larger bespoke pieces as we can see if a colour dominates too much or we need more of another. I do have a good eye for colour so I like to see a photo of the room it is going in to advise.The making took several kiln firings adding depth to the wave. The final wave splashback design was a single piece of glass measuring just under 1m x 80cm.
